Registration Capacities
The last live Annual Meeting PECAA hosted SOLD OUT and we were unable to accommodate each and every doctor, staff member and Vendor Partner that wanted to attend. In order to accommodate as many practices as possible in 2023, we have put in place the following registration guidelines:
- Limit 5 staff members per attending doctor.
- Limit 1 guest per attending doctor. Guests will be charged a $250 fee which covers their food & beverage expenses during the evening events. Conference meals are not included.

Cancellation Deadline
Cancellations must be received by Friday, March 31. In the event we do not receive your cancellation by the cutoff date, your practice will be invoiced a $250 cancellation fee.

PECAA Party on the Pool Deck
As is customary, PECAA is excited to set the tone for an incredible meeting experience — and what better way than kicking off our time with you, at a pool party? Located on the 5th Floor of the Grand Hyatt Nashville , and in full swing from 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm, Thursday April 20, 2023 — come connect, hang, partake in ‘Taste of the South’ bites, adult beverages and even swim if you choose! With the City of Nashville as the backdrop and the diverse & vibrant talent of one of Music City’s top local bands — settle in and see what PECAA’s Annual Meeting 2023 has in store. Brooklyn Bowl Member Appreciation Event
Is there a better way to top off an epic meeting experience, than PECAA’s Member Appreciation Event? If you know, you know — and if you are attending the PECAA Annual Meeting for the first time, you won’t want to miss the incredible night planned exclusively for our members & partners alike on Friday, April 21, 2023, 7:00 pm – 10:00 pm — being held at the legendary concert venue, Brooklyn Bowl Nashville .
Come for the Chef-driven, Southern inspired menu and creative cocktail lineup — and stay for an intimate concert experience, curated to thrill anyone who is an avid lover of music.
We are excited to announce Nashville’s very own All Start Jam featuring critically acclaimed house band SIXWIRE with special guests Steve Augeri former lead singer of JOURNEY, Al Paris formerly of Kool & The Gang and Kevin Griffin of Better Than Ezra, and not to be missed – the highly acclaimed ‘dance party’ that is bound to ensue.
If competition is more your thing, as the name denotes, Brooklyn Bowl offers 10 lively bowling alleys to hang out in, with prizes for the ‘Most Creative Team Bowling Shirts!’ And if that wasn’t enough, be on the lookout for the PECAA Gives Party on the Porch, where you’ll discover a litany of fun ways to support the 2023 PECAA Gives beneficiary.

2023 PECAA Gives Beneficiary:
In 2016, PECAA Gives was created to leave our “footprint” in the cities that welcome us each year by raising funds for a charity carefully vetted by the PECAA events team. Since then, through the benevolence of our members and Vendor Partners, PECAA Gives has donated more than $135,000 to local groups and foundations in need.
To continue the tradition of creating positive change, we have selected a special non-profit organization that truly makes a difference – My Bag My Story.
My Bag My Story Founder Cara Finger has dedicated her life’s work to raising awareness about the foster care and adoption system. Surprised and saddened by the frequent practice of foster children transporting their belongings in trash bags, Cara was moved to #EndTheTrashBag. Cara called on local designers and manufacturers to create a product anyone would be proud to carry.
For every bag purchased, one bag is donated to a foster child in need. My Bag My Story partners with local churches, businesses, and organizations to place the bags into the hands of 8,000+ children in the foster care system across Tennessee. Since its inception in 2019, close to 2,000 bags have been distributed.
2023 Annual Meeting attendees will have multiple options to support My Bag My Story including the ever-popular PECAA Gives Retail Store.
