Getting started with a valuation is simple and only requires your business tax returns as well as for you to complete an electronic questionnaire. We’ll take it from there.
Because we want to understand your business and its nuances, some communication will be necessary before the final report is issued.
Before transitioning to the optometric industry, Tyler spent 15 years in commercial finance. He has reviewed, analyzed, and underwritten all types of products for hundreds of businesses. He began his career in the optometric industry as a business advisor for the Professional Eye Care Associates of America (PECAA). As a business advisor, Tyler met with hundreds of OD’s to consult and educate them in areas related to business finance (including valuations).
Meeting the qualifications required to be a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) with the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts and having passed the proctored exam, you can be rest assured that your valuation is in good hands.
Tyler received his BA degree in finance (with a minor in Spanish) from Weber State University (Utah). He has been married to his wife Sara since August 11, 2000. They have four amazing boys; Gabe (2002), Jed (2004), Drake (2007), and Dax (2014).
