Grow Yourself. Grow Your Team. Grow Your Practice Interactive Workshop
Anne Warfield, CSP & Outcome Thinking Strategist

Outcome Thinking® is a brain based methodology that expands your thinking by moving you from being transactional in the way you think, listen, and speak to being transformational. It will change the way you interact with patients, develop ideas and lead a team.

During this workshop we will be dissecting the four brain types and how that impacts our communication and workplace interactions.

Once we understand how our communication and interactions are affected, we will discuss anonymous scenarios submitted by PECAA Members to provide solutions to real-life challenges we face in our practices every day.

Creating Remarkable Patient Experiences (This course is currently FULL)
Samantha Toth, Marketing Rockstar

A remarkable experience is so different than anything else a patient has encountered that it makes them want to tell their friends and or family about it. Word-of-mouth referrals are the most powerful form of advertising. This course will step through each touch point of a patient’s visit with your practice, and provide strategies and tactics to transform each touch point into something remarkable.
