PECAA’s Growing Through Giving program is designed to give Members an easy way to support charitable projects within the optometric community while also providing a simple and effective method to grow your practice through cause-related marketing and branding.
What is the Goal of Growing Through Giving?
The goal is to raise funds to support Optometry Giving Sight’s mission to end preventable blindness and vision impairment through the establishment of optometry-based, long-term solutions around the world.
How can PECAA Members support the Growing Through Giving Initiative?
Investing in your practice is simple:
- Sign up to donate 5% (or more) of each of your IncentivEYES® rebate checks (for the average PECAA member, this is roughly $800 total for the year).
PECAA matches the first $20,000 in donations each year.
What do PECAA Members have to say about the program?
Good vision is why we do what we do. But we get so busy taking care of patients and staff that we can forget actions like this. About Optometry Giving Sight
PECAA’s charity of choice, Optometry Giving Sight, is the only global fundraising initiative that specifically targets the problem of the nearly 1.2 billion individuals around the world who suffer from unnecessary blindness or vision impairment simply because they do not have access to eye exams and appropriate glasses. Optometry Giving Sight aims to permanently solve this problem by focusing on support for sustainable solutions in underserved communities.
