The Optical Success Initiative (OSI) program featuring InD Eyewear was developed by PECAA to help members better compete in today’s highly competitive optical industry. Many members now benefit from this program. Due to the rapid growth in the account base, changes have recently been made to enhance the program for the betterment of the participants.
This webinar is for doctors and staff and is designed to accomplish two objectives. First, to provide attendees an updated overview of the OSI program featuring InD Eyewear and to learn about the recent changes recently made to benefit, you, the PECAA members. Second, to allow attendees to hear directly from other PECAA Members who have already joined the OSI program featuring InD Eyewear and learn about their strategies and success. How did they use the OSI program featuring InD Eyewear to increase their capture rate and differentiate their practice? How did they use InD Eyewear to create a new frame and lens package program that is keeping patients from going to Costco or Walmart with their prescription? How did they positioned InD Eyewear to sell private label frames to increase their revenue and profitability?

About Your Presenter: Doug Martin
CEO of InD Eyewear
With over 40 years of merchandising and management experience, Doug started his career on the loading docks of Neiman Marcus and worked his way up to managing the stores of this high-end, luxury retailer. He also worked for I. Magnin and finished his retail career with Macy’s where he was responsible for 18 stores in five states. In 1999, Doug transitioned into the optical industry where he served as President of a two-office, five-doctor practice that under his leadership, became a market leader with 16 locations and 25 doctors. In 2009, he started his consulting company Optical Solutions. Since that time, Doug has used his expertise to advise and help lens manufacturers, worked at the Professional Eye Care Associates of America, and assisted over hundreds of eye care practices. He lectures across the country teaching eye care professionals how to expertly integrate purchasing, merchandising, and selling into their business.
