Join us as we talk about the two new federal paid leave laws and how they apply to your practice. We will discuss the differences between reduction in hours, furlough, temporary layoff and permanent layoff and how you can make the best decision for your practice and your employees. Learn what those decisions mean for your employees in terms of applying for unemployment.

Also, learn about issues you need to be aware of related to employees on your health insurance plans and how employment decisions you make might affect them. Finally, we will discuss paid time off and how that plays into these issues. At the end of the webinar, we will open the discussion up for a Q & A session so you can get advice specific to your situation.
