Advanced Office Manager Certification Course

Course Description:
You are invited to an exclusive course accredited by the University of Houston, College of Optometry. This course is aimed at providing a solid base of skills and understanding on the basics of managing an Independent Optometric practice.
Unlock your potential at the Advanced Office Manager Certification Course, which is the first of its kind to feature education, testing, certification and continued enhancement and support. The AOMCC will teach you 3 key management techniques to further enhance your skillset. You will also be introduced to the concept of the Net Promoter Score (NPS) – a tool to measure a customer’s willingness to recommend a company’s products or services to others.
The Advanced OMCC is recommended for graduates of the original OMCC; seasoned managers and others who already have a significant management background, but did not take the original OMCC. In the event the seasoned manager would like to have the OMCC credential, he/she can review the OMCC records and take the test. If successful, he/she would be awarded the original OMCC certification. If you have not yet taken the original OMCC and would like to take that course first, please contact our offices for further details at info@pecaa.com.
The Advanced OMCC will consist of 6 webinars that will begin on April 23. The following webinars will take place on April 30, May 22, May 29, June 19 and June 26. The webinar sessions will be held from 4:00pm – 5:00pm Pacific Time.
The cost is $495 for Members, and $795 for non-Members. Registered participants will receive a GoToWebinar Invitation for the series of 6 webinars.
