Storytelling Workshop and Vendor Marketplace
Free 3-hour educational workshop, followed by a vendor marketplace, open to all ECPs and staff teams

HEA + PECAA is thrilled to invite all doctors, office managers, opticians, front desk associates, and any other staff team members to register for an exciting workshop presented by Robert Bell: “Don’t Be Afraid, It’s Only Selling!”, where attendees will learn how to increase sales and customer satisfaction through the art of storytelling.
Following the 3 hour education, you will then have the opportunity to see the latest designer frames and ophthalmic office technologies by exploring our vendor marketplace! This will also give you a chance to learn how to tell effective brand stories by hearing directly from the brand experts themselves.
