Course Description:
We are pleased to announce The Inside Scoop on Anterior Seg, the next event in HEA + PECAA’s Powered Up Practice Education Series. Taking place on Sunday, February 6th, this event provides six (6) hours of COPE-approved clinical continuing education to optometrists across the country and will be presented in an interactive online Zoom webinar format. COPE rules for the first six months of 2022 permit interactive virtual webinars to count as online clinical education with NO testing required.
Each event in HEA + PECAA’s Powered Up Practice Education Series provides impactful instruction on a targeted area relevant to contemporary eye care practice. The February 6th event focuses on opportunities to advance the clinical care of patients with anterior segment conditions. Participants will expand their knowledge of the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric red eyes and co-managing complex cataract conditions. In addition, attendees will develop their clinical skills in treating anterior segment pathology, from the complex fitting and management of challenging scleral lens patients to utilizing amniotic membranes and biologics for healing anterior segment disease.
