Employee Retention
Discussion Outline:
Most of us have experienced the disappointment of seeing a valued employee give notice and move on. Often such transitions are unavoidable and beyond our control given the multiple factors involved in an employee’s decision (family life, commute, etc.).
Still, there are ways to strengthen our employees’ bond with our practices and reduce the loss of valuable personnel. At this event we’ll be discussing:
- What makes an employee apt to stay?
- What are ways we can motivate our employees?
- How do we cultivate the culture of our practices to become places employees want to be a part of?
