Discussion Outline:

For our upcoming Fargo dinner we’ll enjoy a good meal and discuss best practices as applied to a wide range of activities. Our topic points will include:

• Marketing: Internal and External. What works and doesn’t in social media, newspapers, radio & TV
• Metrics that you track: Gross Production (daily/weekly/monthly), Revenue Per Patient, Products Sold (Frames, spectacle lenses, contact lenses and their breakdowns), Accounts Receivable, Doctor/Staff Comparisons, Capture Rates
• Goals: Weekly, Monthly, Annually.
