Performance Reviews & Strategies
Discussion Outline:
Performance reviews present both opportunities and challenges. On one hand, reviews are the primary vehicle for an employer and employee to engage in a disciplined, in-depth meeting of minds on the working relationship. On the other hand, if not carried out properly, they may actually lead to misunderstandings that lower morale and reduce an employee’s motivation.
At our upcoming dinner, we’ll be joined by PECAA’s Jenny Wiley, Practice Operations Advisor*, as we discuss strategies for conducting performance reviews that benefit both employer and employee. What works, and what are the pitfalls to avoid?
