How to Use Outcome Thinking to Thrive in 2019

At the 2018 PECAA Annual Meeting, attendees were introduced to the concept of Outcome Thinking,® a brain-based methodology used to understand how practice leaders think, how it influences what they do and how they lead, how it factors in to conflict resolution and sales in order to drive positive results. Many Members have since asked if they could have more information on Outcome Thinking, and we listened!
On Feb 7th Anne Warfield will join us for a refresher course and will be applying Outcome Thinking® to some NEW situations. Attendees will have a chance to send in their potential situations to contactus@imp.us.com and Anne Warfield will share how to solve them using the Outcome Thinking process. Anne will change all names and information to keep things focused for the large group, so situations will remain anonymous.
