OMCC – Leadership Academy

Course Description:
You are invited to an exclusive course designed by PECAA and taught by Valerie Manso, PECAA’s Director of Staff Education. This course is aimed at providing a solid base of skills and understanding on successfully managing an Independent Optometric practice.
The OMCC Leadership Academy is recommended for graduates of the original OMCC; seasoned managers and others who already have a significant management background, but did not take the original OMCC.
It is accredited by The University of Houston, College of Optometry.
The Leadership Academy will consist of 6 webinars that will begin on March 2. The webinar sessions will be held from 4:00pm – 5:00pm Pacific Time and will all be recorded and made available to attendees the following day.
The cost is $495 for Members, and $795 for non-members. OMCC graduates may attend for a reduced fee of $345 for members and $645 for non-members.
