Discussion Topic: Practice Growth Goals and Efficiencies
Join us for a discussion on what a new(er) private practice should be doing every day, week, and month in regards to the practice’s income. For example:
- In 2021, the month of January we took in X amount, what is a proper goal/percentage growth should we expect for 2022 January? How to keep track to see if we are hitting that goal?
- How much should I have in my biz account as a safety net in case COVID 23 happens?
- How should my schedule look like to maximize efficiency? Like having back to back CLs examinations and then a VF appointment puts me behind.
- When is it a good time financially to hire another staff? Doctor?
