Course Description:
Key performance indicators (KPIs) assess the overall financial and operational efficiency and performance of a practice compared to industry averages to drive revenue and optimize cash flow. Learn which KPIs are important to track, what the numbers mean, how frequently to track them, and what can be done to improve them. Training also includes industry specific stats and information to help practices understand if they are high performing or determine areas for improvement.
