Event Summary
PECAA is pleased to announce its Inaugural Optician Virtual Education Event: Optician’s Cauldron: Ingredients For Mastering The Craft. Taking place on Sunday, October 29, 11:00 AM – 5:45 PM ET , this event will provide six (6) hours of ABO-approved continuing education to eye care professionals across the country and will be presented in an engaging synchronous, virtual webinar format.
Each PECAA education event delivers impactful instruction in areas relevant to contemporary eye care practice. The October 29th event will provide invaluable education for all opticians and eye care professionals whose goal is to master the craft of opticianry. Attendees will begin the day by learning about the history and influence of fashion and style in the eyewear industry. Then, they will take a deep dive into the evolving standards of patient care and comprehensive guidance on essential dispensing techniques, including the value of patient convenience — all ingredients for mastering the craft.
Optician’s Cauldron: Ingredients For Mastering The Craft is open to all eye care professionals nationwide, including PECAA Max members, HEA Advantage members, non-members, and those who do not need ABO credits. We look forward to welcoming your team members to this event.
