Course Description:
PECAA is pleased to announce its next ABO-NCLE virtual education event: Grow Specialty Eye Care By Harvesting Patient Trust Taking place on Sunday, October 27, 11:00 AM – 5:30 PM ET, this event will provide six (6) hours of ABO & NCLE-approved continuing education to opticians and optical staff across the country and will be presented in a synchronous, virtual webinar format.
Each PECAA education event delivers impactful instruction in areas relevant to contemporary eye care practice. The October 27th event will present a variety of topics that delve into the specialty cases our patients can experience and that are more common than we may think. Discussions will include revolutionary dry eye technology, the dynamics of binocular vision, myopia management & dispensing strategies, the emerging field of visual snow syndrome, and knowing how to tailor expectations for each patient’s best corrected visual acuity.
Grow Specialty Eye Care By Harvesting Patient Trust is open to all optical staff nationwide, including PECAA Max members, HEA Advantage members, non-members, and those who do not need ABO-NCLE credits. We look forward to welcoming your team members to this event.
