Competition is a good thing: it keeps everyone on their toes with no room for complacency. Why do patients select one office over another? Location and convenience, service, product selection, insurance referral, or word of mouth, to name a few possibilities. Patients have specific needs and expectations that must be met and exceeded to return in the future. This course will present tools to enhance the patient experience and discuss the importance of ongoing employee training.
