Rasa Tamulavichus, OD, Founder at Big City Optical
Robert J. Stensland is the Owner and Principal Architect of Optometric Architects. He graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor’s and Masters degree in Architecture and shortly after, started an architectural design firm called Modern Design Architects. Modern Design Architect’s provides services to a wide range of industries, but in the mid-2000’s, Robert J. Stensland found his niche: optometry practices. In 2010 he created a branch called Optometric Architects, which provides architectural design services strictly for the ophthalmic industry. Robert Stensland and Optometric Architects hold licenses in 40+ states and have designed over 200 offices across the United States and Canada.
