David Padron is the Vice President of Business Development of Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO). In this role, David oversees identifying new partnerships and opportunities to distribute our best in class services across ADP TotalSource®, one of the largest Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs), and Comprehensive Services, a market leading HR business process outsourcing solution. David joined ADP in 2020 as the Vice President of Strategy of ADP TotalSource®, where he was responsible for driving strategic business development plans and accelerating growth within the business. Prior to joining ADP, David held a leadership position as a consulting professional advising companies on strategy, operations, and transformational transactions (mergers and acquisitions).
