Billing & Coding Workshop

Led by PECAA Billing & Coding Advisors Teri Thurston & Libby MacFarland, this two day Member-only workshop is free to attend and will include plenty of education and hands on interactive application to apply what you have learned. Together, we will explore revenue cycle challenges and design best practice solutions to easily implement into your practice.
We will walk through the life cycle of a claim, do a deep dive into the various coding scenarios involving specific insurance policies, discuss causes behind the most common denials and provide solutions to avoid these denials proactively in the future. This is a highly interactive workshop based on challenges you face on a regular basis. Prior to the workshop, there will be a handout for attendees to complete to let us know what takeaways you’d like to get out of the workshop.
