Steps of a Sale – ABO Lecture
Discussion Outline:
During our upcoming meeting, this dinner will be geared towards staff and will feature a special ABO presentation from Robin Brush, Safilo.
Are you frustrated with trying to capture all the sales with just your optical staff? During this course, you will learn that it takes the ENTIRE office as one team to make the sale. A step by step sales process from the first call-in for the appointment to the hand written thank you note. Robin’s J.O.B.S. program will teach that it is a “Joint Opportunity to Believe in Staying!”
