When it comes to staff certs and their Acronyms, it’s a veritable alphabet soup: CPO, CPOA, CPOT, CPOC ABO, ABO-AC, ABOM NCLE, NCLE_AC, NCLEM.
Staff Certification can bring an increased level of professionalism to our offices, but can we get staff buy-in and cooperation? At our upcoming Peer to Peer dinner, we’ll sit down for a nice meal and discuss the skinny on staff certifications.
