Discussion Outline:

We’re very excited to present PECAA’s first staff focused Peer to Peer dinner – a new opportunity for staff Members to learn and engage with their peers.

At this dinner, we’ll explore the challenge of maintaining the engagement process of patients from the time they enter the practice to the time they exit. Ensuring you have a consistent protocol for patient experience is one way to raise capture rate.

PECAA will be teaming up with our vendor partner Tura as we discuss patient engagement as it relates to OD – Staff transitions, including:

• Best practices on using lifestyle questionnaires.
• Benefits of suggesting suitable solutions during the exam.
• The doctor “hand-off” to the optical staff.

We will examine how these areas help to ensure a positive patient experience.
