Existing Apex EDI Customers:

  • Please contact Customer Support at Sales@apexedi.com to adjust your monthly billing to PECAA’s discounted rate.
  • Existing customers can reach out to Support@apexedi.com to get their pricing updated with the Customer Care team.
  • You can go to the Help Page to add providers to your account.
    • Additional providers on existing accounts are a $50 set up fee that is charged on the following billing cycle.
